Congratulations to Colorado Rockies Baseball Club on Attaining Designation Acknowledgment

July 13, 2020 – Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd. (“Rockies”), a Colorado limited partnership; Denver Metropolitan Major League Baseball Stadium District, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Colorado; and Event Services LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (collectively the “Sellers”) provide the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd., Security Program for Coors Field (the “Technology”). The Technology is a security program, comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, emergency planning processes and procedures and trained personnel, which is deployed at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado (the “Ballpark”). The Technology applies to all Major Events requiring a ticket for entry which are hosted at the Ballpark, including all Major League Baseball (“MLB”) events. The Technology also includes some 24/7 security measures which are deployed during Routine Operations within and outside the ticketed event window. This Designation will expire on July 31, 2025.
